Refund Policy Overview
At Cybersync Technologies Private Limited, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on services provided through our Advease AI vertical.
7-Day Refund Period
We offer a 7-day refund period from the date of payment for all our digital product launch services and packages, with the following conditions:
- Refunds are only available if services have not yet commenced. Once our team begins work on your project, the payment becomes non-refundable.
- The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the initial payment.
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
What Constitutes "Services Started"
Our services are considered to have started when any of the following have occurred:
- Initial consultation or discovery meeting has been conducted
- Project planning or strategy documents have been created
- Design work has begun
- Development or technical implementation has started
- Content creation or marketing materials have been developed
- Any deliverable has been provided to the client
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to adveaseai@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your full name, the service purchased, date of purchase, and order/invoice number
- Briefly explain the reason for your refund request
- Provide your preferred contact method for follow-up communication
We will process your refund request within 3-5 business days and notify you once the refund has been processed.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Services where work has already commenced
- Custom development or design work that has been delivered
- Third-party costs that have already been incurred (e.g., domain registration, premium plugins, stock photography)
- Services requested more than 7 days after purchase
- Services where the client has already received and approved deliverables
Cancellation of Ongoing Services
For ongoing service contracts or subscriptions, cancellation terms are specified in the individual service agreement. Typically, ongoing services require notice of cancellation and may have pro-rated refund terms. Please refer to your service agreement for specific details.
Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances, Cybersync Technologies Private Limited may consider refund requests outside of these terms. Such requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of the company management.
